Cathay Pacific wants you to feel by  bringing a little piece of their in-flight experience to you on the ground at home. Over the last few months Cathay has been releasing a series of videos on twitter and instagram with instruction on how to make its popular signature drinks.

For Oriental Breeze it is surprisingly simple – but a little bit more finicky that say Cathay Delight – and making one of these bad boys at home is cheaper than buying a business class ticket to get one, that’s for sure!

To Make it

Ingredients:

  • 160ml Sour Plum Tea
  • 30ml Honey
  • 120ml Cranberry Juice
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 1tsp Rose Water
  • Dried Baby Rose Bud
  • Optional: alcohol of choice

Steps:

  1. Pour all ingredients together in a Boston shaker
  2. Add in ice.
  3. Shake
  4. Pour into your favourite glass.
  5. Garnish with a dried baby rose bud
  6. Enjoy!
