Airline Alliances

Airline alliances are partnerships between or among airlines. Within these collaborations, airlines can share resources, pick up or extend partner routes and even offer the ability to earn and redeem miles through each others’ rewards programs.

Oneworld

Founded in 1999, it's the smallest airline by number of carriers, however, houses some heaviest hitters in the industry

SkyTeam

The 19 member strong alliance was the last to be founded in 2000. SkyTeam flies to more than 1,150 destinations

Star Alliance

Star Alliance, founded in 1997 just five airlines, now has 26 member airlines, making it the largest airline alliance

Others

While these carriers don't belong to one of the main three alliances, it doesn't mean they don't have something to offer
